DME is collaborating with national student living developer CA Ventures, Kenneth Boroson Architects, and contractor T&T Electric in the engineering of 808 & 848 Chapel Street, two student housing buildings in the heart of New Haven, CT. Combined, the buildings house 166 apartment units and several amenities, including study rooms, fitness studios, and more. Construction is expected to start in Q4 2022.
