DME team members collaborated with JLL and Amenta Emma Architects to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design for this fast-paced corporate relocation project. The project consisted of a 19,500 ft2 renovation of an existing office building in Wallingford, Connecticut.

The finished space included open offices, electronics laboratories, and new MDF/IDF rooms. DME utilized VRF fan coil units to provide additional cooling to the new areas to supplement the existing systems, minimize the architectural alterations and hit the aggressive construction schedule.
