Eppendorf is a leading life science company that develops and sells instruments, consumables, and services for liquid, sample, and cell handling in laboratories worldwide. At their Enfield, CT location, DME assisted in a buildout of a new 10,000 ft2 packaging room.

The space is constructed to promote a clean environment with stable temperature and humidity control to allow automated packaging equipment to efficiently package the products produced in the adjacent cleanroom.

The project included the design of HVAC, power, data, laboratory-grade dry compressed air, and a humidification system.
