DME is collaborating with real estate developer Lexington Partners and Tecton Architects in the MEP engineering of Lord Cromwell, a mixed-use development in Cromwell, CT. The project seeks to redevelop the site now occupied by a defunct hotel into five buildings, including 31,000sf of commercial space and restaurants, 260 apartment units, 20 townhouses, and amenity spaces. Construction is expected to start in Q4 2022.
