DME provided MEP engineering services to upgrade St. Patrick’s HVAC systems across their entire campus in Stoneham, MA. This project added cooling to the entire K-8 campus, removing (2) existing oil-fired steam boilers and converting the campus heating system to utilize high-efficiency electric heat pumps.
As a result, the increased electrical demand on campus required additional electrical services that DME team members coordinated directly with the existing utility company.
