Solar Seal is renovating an existing 200,000 ft2 building in Norwich, CT, to house their expanded large panel glass manufacturing process. The manufacturing process required a significant power upgrade, including a new 15KV electrical service capable of supplying a 12-15MW connected load.

DME coordinated the new service requirements with Norwich Public Utilities and designed the service entrance and building system upgrades to accommodate the new process manufacturing equipment. DME also provided design of compressed air, water, and sanitary waste for the facility. This project is currently under construction.
